RFX: Vatican's ability range 6 instead of 10

The religious pressure from activating a Great Person extends only to cities within 6 tiles not 10.

The modifier that does the burst does not have any range-like parameter, only amount.

I have tried adding params with various names: Range Radius Distance MaxTiles GainTileRadius MaxRadius and none works. So, atm looks like 6 is the default. I will adjust the description.
