WebExtensions port (compatibility with Firefox 57+)

Sorry for late response...
Currently event not possible to completely port core functionality:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/webRequest#Modifying_responses
(no way to cancel request, if some data appears instead of HEAD response; also this is not directly usable global listeners for all requests)
and ordinal XMLHttpRequest() is even less useful (will work, but in simplified mode and also with not resolved issue with wrong configured servers).
Also there is huge problems with UI: not possible anymore to interact with built-in downloading dialog, not possible to just open information in separate window (will be opened tab in browser window). Or will be required toolbar button with panel. Or it's possible to create window-like form right inside tab (but this is even more ugly way).
So, many things to rewrite from scratch... to get strange UI with less functionality. :(
