Minor fix: No longer allows installing TWUE and other optional patches on US V1.1, Japanese ROMs. Will need to confirm if edale's Cut Songs Restoration might work on these versions.

US V1.1, Japanese ROMs confirmed working, previously reported battle crash not present without TWUE/1.1 combo.

EDIT: 20200316 minor fix: Mirrors updated. Apologies for the installer size increase, that's under investigation.
