Not only does it not function but it was poorly implemented. Either remove or recode.

Closing this issue and making a new one:

This is a bug and an enhancement request which will be worked on at a later date. Will remove plugin in next release

Added low priority tag as this issue requires a whole new plugin to be coded, and that has not been planned yet.
