Description

Sometime research like to use packages which maybe not in idmtools to run their ssmt workflow in COMPS, we should provide code or example in idmtools

What I Did

For example, if user wants to use 'plotly' to plot some aggregated chart from InsetChart.json for all simulations in SSMT, currently idmtools does not contain plotly package. So by default user can not do it. But we can have workaround in preload these packages to ssmt by PlatformAnalysis class
