What does this PR do?

• Dump interpolated configs in experiments so that it's easier to load models in Armory/ART.
• Add prediction_sequence that does not require target input, because ART invokes model.predict(x).
• Add loss_sequence that mimics the behavior in torchvision.
• Example of prediction_sequence and loss_sequence.
