Hi,

When trying to update the firmware of my device (serial number beginning with 2033623111..., indicating SKU1) using the firmware binary file F450_4.0.0.37_SKU1_SIGNED.bin (not the newest, but the stablest for me) I'm receiving the following error message:

Device does not support the encryption applied on the firmware. Replace firmware binary.

The device currently has the following versions installed: FW:4.2.1.8200 RECOG:1.6.21.0, but those versions are unstable for me, so I would prefer to downgrade to version which seems to work perfectly for my limited use case.

Thanks in advance for help!
