Content Taxonomy 3.0 Feeback

Thought it would be handy to have somewhere to feedback on Content Taxonomy.

From us there are a few areas we can't find much information on:

1. Special Category Data - There are a few unexpected entries in here. We want to ensure we uphold the strongest privacy measures we can, so plan to exclude SCD tagged taxonomies from use, but having looked at the list, while entries such as Medical Health make complete sense, 422 - Reptiles and 483 - Auto Racing are a little hard to understand and even that 286 - Vaccines is not included.

2. There are a number of removed categories from v2.2 (down to 703 from 1,196) -- Just keen to understand the reasoning here as we couldn't find a public statement on the decision (apologies if we've missed one!) entries such as 49 - Poetry for example
