To make the governance actions visible provide a temporary solution of displaying just plain jsons.

@MSzalowski I don't know what it is that I am supposed to be approving. Is there anyone from the Intersect side of the team that understands this?

That is what we have been talking about - that would allow to display governance actions page without having the structure of governance actions established. This means - that details of the governance actions would be displayed in a raw JSON format as they are fetched from DB Sync
