`npm run help` command not providing expected help #9

As the subject line says, npn run help isn't showing the expected output as shown in the README.md:

PS> npm run help

> sky-open-template@2021.1.0 help C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\com.skyunlimitedinc.open-template
> node ./src/utils/dev/npmCommands.js help

Options:
  --help     Show help                                                 [boolean]
  --version  Show version number                                       [boolean]
