Allow saving only when the content of the instance has been modified

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the automatic recording of the content is done automatically over a period defined by the delay option.

This operation poses some problems, especially when you open two tabs on the same page, you have the same uniqueId.

The concern is that when you modify the second tab opened, as soon as you find yourself in the case where the (old) data of the first tab periodically overwrites the content of the localstorage even if you are modifying the second tab.

The solution would be to have an option that allows you to make the save when you modify the text of the current easymde instance.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can think of no more effective way to deal with the subject.
