Iris Shader adds native support to Distant Horizon

Describe alternatives you've considered
Compiling a version of Distant Horizon just to make it compatible with Iris Shaders as described in #2311

Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Iris Shader: 1.7.0+mc1.20.1
Distant Horizon: 2.0.1-a
Fabric: 0.15.11
