"Took Too Long To Log In" #844

When my friend trys to join, it keeps telling him "Took too long to log in"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start Minecraft
Enter Server IP and try to join
Gets to "Encrypting"
"Disconnected: Took too long to log in"

Expected behavior
Let him into my server
