Describe the bug
For the -9 they aren't at all functional or in the right location, and though the -10 has its in the right place, the animation is off

To Reproduce
Test the wipers on any setting in the -9 and -10

Expected behavior
The wipers on all 787 variants should work in the proper fashion

IIRC wipers for the -9 did not get moved and ended up in the fuselage. We can move that forward in the 3D model. Not sure fi the animation works though
