Support Localization

Because Pine will be localized into several languages, the Interactive Map should also support displaying different languages.

The selected language should be saved in the localStorage.
A default language should be selected based on the client's browser language (if able).

Other people should be able to contribute other languages via Pull Requests.

• Support UI strings by language parameter.
• Support Names by language parameter.
• Exchange components / strings on language change.
• Implement a language selector.
• Auto-select a language based on the language of the browser.
