Dear Jessiexiye,
the dataset is publicly shared and I tested all the links personally now and they work. If you are talking about source code for feature extraction, pre-processing and so on, it was bought by a company, so it is closed source. If you are a researcher and you want work on the project send me your 'real' credential (name, surname, university), publications, participation to projects or other, and I maybe we could try to find some possibility eventually to collaborate to the project together.
