Describe the bug
Installed the zip ran the .sh and it nuked my home directory

Idk what else to actually add that was all i did it was a pretty clean install of Manjaro 24.100.143 woth a custom kernel for my surface laptop all i had was steam i tried to install it to help a friend who didn't have premium maybe i did something wrong it may just as well be error on my part

Same issue here. Tried to download the launcher for exercise purposes, and it wiped out my profile.

After looking at the shell script, not having any .jar in the current directory completely nukes the home directory.
Hope the creator sees this. This could've been way worse than it is.
