A Profile should be archivable.

This can be initialized by an admin in the frontend or via api.

Once a profile is archived, it can no longer be edited. The last ical will be saved into the archived folder and the modules from the profile removed. Then whenever that "profile" is called, only the static ical will be delivered or shown in the frontend, along with a banner to show the archived status.
