Improve help page

There's room for improvement with the help page. We should make it "feel" like multiple different pages, or in other words get rid of the scrolling. Each navigable button on the top links to a div element which take up 100vh and a "back" button on the button brings them back to the top of the help page, which is also 100vh. We'll fill it with more meaningful information when we get feedback from users.
