GME enhancement: add small scale map to cache listings

Geocache listing pages used to have a small scale map at the top of the page that showed the general location of a cache, but Groundspeak removed it. GME could re-add the functionality. Would have to decide what zoom level to use, and whether to use the same (selection of) map source as the larger map on the same page.
