Mouse wheel down should scroll right (and not left)

(in the upcoming JavaFX master)

1. Have multiple tabs opened
2. Have the first tab focused
3. Hover on the second tab
   
4. Scroll down with the mouse wheel
5. Expected behavior: Tabs scroll to left

When using mouse wheel up, the expected behavior is seen. I think, this is more the Mac OS X than the Windows style. Therefore, I propose to reverse the current mouse wheel behavior on the tabs.

This is already fixed in newer JavaFX version (don't ask me which, probably Java 9): javafxports/openjdk-jfx@e5d076b

Since implementing the fix on our side is quite cumbersome and the issue is not that disturbing, I'll close it now.
