The docs conversion script (https://github.com/JacobCoffee/niapi/blob/29c4cf45f3201b2d3d609341f29526acb48ae4a8/tools/convert_docs.sh) currently brings in the entirety of the changelog.

It should be updated to get latest from vX.Y.Z...vX.Y.Z instead.
