Files should pass if any allowed patterns match (as long as disallowed do not also match) #16

Currently a config with the following allowed paths:

{
  "allow": [
    "^[a-z]+\\.example$",
    "^[0-9]+\\.example$"
  ]
}

Would fail for the following:

hello.example
123.example

Because these do not match both of the allowed patterns (which is impossible).
