Hi, just installed your plugin on homebridge, and getting reports on my phone of a temperature of -3.8 C. So it seems the resolution is better than 0.5 :)

Hi @hbsagen
I must say that in the Home app from Apple it still shows rounded temperature values.

I think you use apps like Eve where you can see the temperature values to one decimal place.

Where did you find the -3.8 C value?

I use the Apple Home app widget.

If I open the app from the widget, the .5 rounding appears. But the widget have 0.1 resolution.

I did not know that. Thank you!
These widgets are new in iOS 17 so maybe Apple decided that it should show more accurate values.

I am currently running iOS 16.7.2 as my X doesn't upgrade to iOS 17.
