Do the configurations stay back beyond reboot?

The settings get reset back to default on system boot hence the inclusion of the options for AATU to open on system boot and then to apply the settings once the application has opened. Hope that properly answers your question.

What about hibernate or sleep? Do the presets get auto reapplied then also?

As long as AATU is open and you have auto reapply, when Windows resumes it will apply your settings

The settings from the presets (R7 5800h) is stuck on my pc even after rebooting, even if I use a custom preset and apply it trying to return the default values (35 W) , it resets back after rebooting to the preset (60W).
