Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is related to #17 ,
since RyzenController devs are busy with other stuff, i would like to help with linuxy things,
i have some dev experience but mostly Linux experience.

Describe the solution you'd like
Porting the UI to something Cross Platform is essential.

Describe alternatives you've considered
RyzenComtroller is old and buggy, so no.
I would develop something myself but why Reinventing the wheel. also asking is free. :)

Hmm, if it's me I'd rather choose Qt or something native.....
Cuz I don't want to see performance gained from adjuting those power paremeters just be wasted by pointless frontend-ish GUI.
Feel free to do anything though, we are happy to see any enhancements.
