slicers can be assigned incorrectly #203

In a worksheet with multiple slicers, slicer%s.xml are written incorrectly. They currently don't match relationship entries. in rels we have slicer no increasing by one and in silcers XML we write no = sheet no.

needs a guard against wb$slicers == ""

when loading then we need to use k, and when writing, use the same
