Various cell copy functions

Add wrappers to copy cell ranges:

• from cell range to cell range
• over sheets of workbook
• as values (no style and only values is already possible)
• with and without styles
• transposed

All of this should be fairly simple. Ensure that the sheet contains the required cells (run add_data() to create empty cell data); copy the entire cc cell range entry into the new cell range.
