[Issue] element position/size/pivot/rotation dials snap to random values when trying to adjust with hold left click

element position/size/pivot/rotation dials snap to random values when trying to adjust with hold left click.
issue seems most easy to reproduce on the Y axis for each dial however, it can be seen on all axis.

Used generic model for demonstration but can be found in every format
in video I am holding left click and dragging to right to increase the values however they all seem to drop by 5 when i first try to move.
