Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. /opt/jans/jans-cli/scim-cli.py
  2. select 1 for user
  3. 1 for query user resource
  4. add mendatory fields (start index, count) or also add search filter with username
  5. See error

Expected behavior
should get user details
