Describe the bug
getting 503 error after reboot

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install jans dynamic way using install.py
  2. complete device authentication
  3. reboot VM
  4. lauch jans-c;i-tui
  5. See error

Expected behavior
should able to launch tui without error
