Describe the bug
I have two movies that are showing as missing in a library however those are the only two movies in their collection and neither is showing as owned in that library. I suspect it's because they are in a different library, but both are owned in that library, so not sure why they are showing as missing in a different library. I believe one of them was originally in this library before being moved to the proper library, so maybe when GAPS scanned the plex library the movie was no longer there, but it didn't remove the entry from the DB?

It does appear to be something stored in one of GAPS local db's, I found a few other movies in my movies library where one was originally in that library before being moved to the children's movie library and then all movies from that collection were showing as missing in the regular movies library. I did a delete all local data and set everything back up and upon re-scanning those are no longer noted as missing from that library.

edit: So it seems like when GAPS scans a Plex library and a movie is no longer present it removes it from the stored data for movies available in Plex, but does not remove it from the list of items to scan for collection data/rss/missing.
