Scripts and data for Increasing importance of crustose coralline algae to coral reef carbonate production under ongoing climate change This Github repository is structured as follows:

  • 📁 R contains the current script and R project related to this study
    • The script to provide the raw figure is CCA_Calcification_Rates
    • The script to generate the data from the systematic review is Systematic_Review_CCA
  • 📁 data contains the following sub-folders
  • 📁 models which hosts the models built with this script
  • 📁 figures which hosts the figures for this study
