An optional configuration option to exclude namespaces from list of displayed namespaces in the ui.

Optionally an include list, where the logic would be

if an include list (regex?) is given, the namespace must match the included item
if an exclude list (regex?) is given, the namespace must not match the excluded item
if no list is given, any namespace is allowed
