프로젝트에서 사용 중인 Trivia API에서 아래 사진과 같이 2024년 2월 23일 금요일 오후 5시경 접속이 불가능한 문제가 발생하였습니다.
이로 인해 외부 API의 접속 불가 상황에 대한 대응 매커니즘이 필요하다고 판단되었습니다.
