Tachiyomi fork animiru has a feature called rich presence where you cam show what you're watching on animiru through discord activity
it looks like this

on library

on updates

on history

on browse

on more

when watching an anime

A similar feature should be added to tachiyomi as well showing what manga you're currently reading. Appearently animiru uses a android library called KizzyRPC.
