Describe your suggested feature

For ebook readers with epaper displays it would improve the readability of webtoons if clicking on the page sides to scroll would actually not scroll animated but instead jump to the next position. In mangas it already helps a lot to deactivate animations, would be nice to see the same thing in webtoons, too. This would lower ghosting effects of e-papers by a lot...
