ATM (2.1.0 #10), as I don't strictly folow my own advices ( http://forum.cockos.com/showpost.php?p=800380&postcount=6 ;-), some S&M actions related to tracks are not supporting frozen tracks. Didn't check elsewhere, yet.
No crash but unexpected things can happen (no effect, deal with tracks that are support to be frozen, etc..)

Slight updates are needed. Fortunately, there's SNM_ChunkParserPatcher to the rescue, YAY!

note: I'll first add a global protection in the meantime so that those actions will be no-op on frozen tracks
