Major refactoring for Joomla 5 including usage without Backward Compatibility plugin:

• Forked as "Ext Menu Reloaded" from the "ARI Ext Menu" module, which was developed by ARI Soft
• The release now contains a full module zip-file, which can be installed standalone without patching any earlier module versions etc.
• Version 5.0.0 can be used with Joomla 5.x and Joomla 4.x
• Can be used in Joomla 5 without activating the Compatibility plugin
• Support of Joomla update system; Joomla will automatically check for updates in the administration backend.
• Re-use of existing data of ARI Ext Menu during installation (if ARI Ext Menu is not un-installed before)
