Request ability to export and import tab delimited text file for raiol equipment #65

Would be great to be able to export a tab delimited file, load it into tools excel so you can do things like:

re-name and re-number equipment
calculate undelivered goods
Create charts to track ratios of equipment and goods.

Then be able to save it back into a text file and update your equipment with ROSE.
