New feature: Engagement Quality

On August 21 2023, Twilio introduced a new API that allows you to retrieve metrics that define the quality of your email program.

Here is their announcement:

Introducing the SendGrid Engagement Quality Score now available via API! The SEQ score is a composite deliverability score that focuses on engagement related feedback from mailbox providers. The top level score will tell you at a glance how strong your deliverability is, but you can also drill down into your performance against the following 5 dimensions: Bounce Classification, Bounce rate, Engagement Recency, Open Rate and Spam Rate. Improving these dimensions will directly support optimizing deliverability and reach. You can find out more about the SEQ API here.

The StrongGrid library should make it easy to retrieve these metrics.
