[BUG] Faulty timeline date sorting in Chrome #4675

Describe the bug
As brought up here the timeline in the Recent tab is not sorting correctly in Chrome

To Reproduce
Using a Chrome browser, it can be seen directly on tiddlywiki.com (not in prerelease because //Recent// dates don't stretch far enough)
Look in the Recent tab and scroll down to (or browser search for) ExternalImages . This is dated 2014 but the next date is 2020.

Closing because the problem was in a corrupt modified date which is a different issue, see discussion referenced above.
