There is a way to produce a jar file with all the dependencies: ./gradlew packageUberJarForCurrentOS |

I think the intention behind the original question from @shannah is to explicitly keep the dependencies separate for a reason. |

I'm trying to build a compose desktop app as an executable jar with dependencies in a directory beside the jar.
E.g. I have
myapp.jar
with a directory "deps" with all dependency jars.If I run
java -cp 'myapp.jar:deps/*' MainKt
, it works fine. However, if set the manifest file in the jar to have:
and run
java -jar myapp.jar
if gives
Any suggestions on how I can get it to work with the
-jar
flag? I don't want to make an Uber jar. I want it to load dependencies from the sibling directory.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
