The idea is to be able to skew a platform.
For example, drag/drop a square platform into the world, then be able to drag a hotspot on that platform on each corner, to move it inwards / resize etc.

Pros;
makes it easier to resize a platform,
more interesting world geometry

Platforms are now drawn using vertexs. This should be possible now, but decent polygonal collision is required.
