Describe the bug

When installing silently on Windows, you must manually confirm the installation of the TAP driver.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download client installer
  2. Run it in terminal with /S parameter

What did you expect to happen?

Outline will install silently completely without user input.

What actually happened?

Outline requires the user to confirm the installation of the TAP driver during silent installation.

1.12.1 (471860)

What operation system are you using?

Windows
