Describe the bug
A Wall Hanging Lantern can be placed on a block even if there's already another Wall Hanging Lantern placed

Expected behavior
The Wall Hanging Lantern should not be placed if there's already another one on the same block

Versions (please complete the following information)

Minecraft: 1.20.2
Forge: 48.1.0
Mineworld: 1.0 Pre-Release 3
