NC100 Monitor

An attempt at creating a Monitor/Debugger for the Amstrad NC100 computer. At the moment it is also possible to compile it to run on the Amstrad CPC464

Use the RASM (https://github.com/EdouardBERGE/rasm) assembler to build.
