A couple of other people have remarked on issues with the shinyapp, but I wanted to share my specific issue as well. It doesn't seem to recognize my selection of "cytofAsinh". Please note that it does seem to analyze if I select any other transformation method. Additionally, it seems to be finding a file ("cytofkit_shinyAPP_marker_heatmap.pdf") that isn't there. I have attached an image of my input settings.

I'm so close to getting it to run! I'm so excited to use the new program!!!

I am having the same issue of the shiny app being greyed out after analysis. Also, it says that the Rdata file is saved but I cannot locate it anywhere. I tried to uninstall the package and re install to make sure it was the most recent version but I am still running in to the problem. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks!
