Shapercube Firmware

Fork of Tonokip RepRap firmware rewrite based off of Hydra-mmm firmware.

This firmware is made to be compatible to Shapercubes with Arduino Mega +
RAMPS shield and to implement machine specialities.

- Shapercube 2.0

Untested:
- Shapercube 1.x with RAMPS+Stepper extruder upgrade

Not working:
- Shapercube 1.x with original DC extruder



NOTE: Baud rate is set by default to 115200, this has to be set on the host
too!
