調整大新倉頡輸入法的預設狀態 #6

感謝作者分享大新倉頡設定檔

底下補充一些說明：

大新倉頡輸入法的預設狀態是英文
若你想要調整這個預設狀態為中文的話
修改 newcj.schema.yaml 裡的內容，範例如下：
switches:

name: ascii_mode
reset: 0
states: [ 中文, 西文 ]

上面數字的部份預設為1(西文)，將它改為0 即為中文
